Tuesday Tidings!

There is much to tell about our lives over the past week or so. For now it suffices me to share that we have one precious little girl who is loved by so many! Here are some shots from a recent shoot. She was smiling so much that her little half moon eyes were closed in some of the snaps!Who doesn't love tubbie time?! One day maybe Ellie will share her sea salts with her little sis! In the mean time she continues to tenderly mother our little one.
Kayla was concerned about Adi's necklace in this one...whose was it, where did she get it and why didn't she have one like it! She doesn't miss a beat and does so love her little sister.
She is a girl after my own heart! Dayton saw this one and said, 'aw Mom, she's so cute!' He is so darling with her and such a great big brother!

On the B Side: We have all kinds of good stuff to share. Lots of blessings have been hitting our radar these days and despite a little rain (or snow!) we are incredibly happy! We are grateful for all of the love and support that has been shown to us, particularly on Sunday! xoxo

Adi's in the House, Yo!

Let me explain that my new BFF Koug (also known as KMP) came to our home and took pics of our native tribe! We wanted to be sure to catch and keep Adi while she was a newbie and were excited to have the photos taken in our own home. They came out fantastic at an 'a-Mayes-ing' price! Here is some more of Koug's good lovin'!

Scrappin' with Adi Cakes!

I'm new to doing this kind of thing online but check out my first creation! I'm excited to get into this kind of thing particularly if I can do it digitally which will
A) Save on costs
B) Save on time
C) Document my cute family

Snapshots from this Week

First a brief disclaimer; Dayton is at school during the day and Kayla isn't with us during the week so the two of them are markedly absent from most of these photos! :( Koug is supposed to come by today to get some pics of the kids. So hopefully we will have some super cute photos of all 4 of them shortly!Little unhappy girl in her car seat!
The world is a better place with a binky!
Clancy's Dustin was in town and crashed with us for a night!
Snow White insists on holidng an apple each night. Note: She doesn't eat it, just holds it.
My nephew Carter was here while his Mom was at the hospital having his baby sister Leah!
My neices Cassie and Taylor came to visit Adi! Aunt Jenny declined any photos.

We had dinner at Grandma Sugar's so that we could spend some time with Marky's Grandpa !

On the B Side: Adalie is 3 weeks old today! Already the time is going by far too quickly. Her tummy problems have been working themself out (Nutramigen is worth it!). At her 2 week appointment she had gained a few ounces as was up to 7 lbs 10 ounces. She was in the 50th percentile for her length and her head size but her weight was only in the 20th percentile. We so love her to pieces!!!!

Nothing But Love

Adi is this amazing little blessing in our lives! She is such a good little baby and absolutely beautiful to look at and yes, I realize I am completely and utterly partial!!! I'm okay with that!

I wish I could freeze time and keep her small and cuddly forever! I love this stage where they are constantly balled up with their arms and legs in tight. I would snuggle her forever! The time is already going way too fast.

Given that today is Pioneer Day (state holiday, weird I know) the kids are going with Mark to his brother's for a BBQ and fireworks. I am going to stay home, keep our baby isolated and enjoy the cuddle time!

Here are some pics of our pretty little baby doll!

Ellie had a really hard time falling to sleep last night so finally after many tears I had her come up and sleep by Adalie. This is also where she sets up camp to nap each day!

Thanks for the cute threads, Kristin!

On the B Side: I couldn't be any happier! Our little Adalie Elizabeth is absolutely precious and very well loved! We've been super fortunate to have the love and support of so many both during and after her birth. I can't believe we get to keep her!!!!!!!

On the B Side: We're so excited that she is here! She weighed in at 7 lbs and 7 oz. This makes her my smallest baby! She was almost 22 inches in length making her my longest baby. She is super sweet and doesn't cry. She has a perfectly round little face and we avoided a cone head. Her temperature, heart rate and blood sugar have consistently been perfect and we feel so incredibly blessed!

My Monkeys!

Yesterday I picked the kids up early from school so we could go on a small picnic. The weather was beautiful and they were excited! The sun was out and there was a small breeze. I packed snacks for them to munch on while we visited Wheeler Farm. They fed the ducks and geese, got to see all of the new baby animals, played in the tree house and went on a tractor ride! It was a fun afternoon for the three of us but of course I forgot my camera. In lieu I thought I would post some recent pictures of them from this month.
