Snapshots from this Week

First a brief disclaimer; Dayton is at school during the day and Kayla isn't with us during the week so the two of them are markedly absent from most of these photos! :( Koug is supposed to come by today to get some pics of the kids. So hopefully we will have some super cute photos of all 4 of them shortly!Little unhappy girl in her car seat!
The world is a better place with a binky!
Clancy's Dustin was in town and crashed with us for a night!
Snow White insists on holidng an apple each night. Note: She doesn't eat it, just holds it.
My nephew Carter was here while his Mom was at the hospital having his baby sister Leah!
My neices Cassie and Taylor came to visit Adi! Aunt Jenny declined any photos.
Cassie and Ellie bust a move to KidzBop 14.
Taylor flashes a smile while carefully holding Adi! She's a great little baby sitter already!
We had dinner at Grandma Sugar's so that we could spend some time with Marky's Grandpa !

On the B Side: Adalie is 3 weeks old today! Already the time is going by far too quickly. Her tummy problems have been working themself out (Nutramigen is worth it!). At her 2 week appointment she had gained a few ounces as was up to 7 lbs 10 ounces. She was in the 50th percentile for her length and her head size but her weight was only in the 20th percentile. We so love her to pieces!!!!

Britta,
Thank you so much for the help in getting music on my site. I now have a song up of Sam Payne's. It would have taken me forever without your help.
When can you guys come to our house for dinner???? Next Sunday? I have something special for Adalie so if you can't come to us we'll come to you.

Great pictures! It looks like you've been busy this week.

That apple thing made me laugh out loud! So funny!

P.S. Sorry I've been MIA for a week...Camping, birthday parties, and school, oh my! (oh yeah, and Edward Cullen, too - hee hee).

Amanda, I had no idea your babies had had so many tummy problems. It's not a fun thing! D was a Nutramigem baby and Ellie sufficed with soy. At least you know what to expect with the next one!!!

Clancy, Thank goodness Adi had so much help making it into this crazy world! THANK YOU! Yes, your husband is a cheese head but he's a DARLING cheese head and the girls were so excited to have him here with us...as was I! Please know that you and your family are ALWAYS welcome!

Kaci, Thanks for your sweetness! You always have the nicest things to say and I love your sincerity! I'm so glad we became "friends"! I will definitely have to start compiling evidence for Ellie's boyfriends down the road (I suppose Batman doesn't count right now but he will contribute nicely to the evidence!!)

Cynthia, I am glad you got your music up and running! It's such a nice compliment to your blog and I can't wait to hear all about the concert and again am just sad that we couldn't make it down for all of the fun :( I didn't read this in time to make arrangements for dinner today (Sunday) but perhaps we could shoot for next weekend? We could do it at your place or ours. Either way we'd love to see you guys!

Jodi, Glad that you are back online! You were missed but it sounds like you were busy! I'm anxious to hear what you think about BD. Edward was way less intriguing in this one but I'm glad he's keeping you warm this week (er uh cold, I guess!!!)

SUCH fun pictures! I hope I'm as good as you are at keeping up on my blog once I've had my little one.

I love the apple-holding... hilarious! And so great that you have it recorded for the memory books.

What a beautiful baby! I LOVE the bow on her head!!! I swear, I could not find giant froo froo baby headbands when my daughter (now six years old) was born. I would have been happy as a clam to plop a giant bow on her head. She was such a chunker at birth (9lbs 3oz) if I didn't dress her in pink or purple, people assumed she was a boy and would always comment was a little bruiser "he" was. LOL

LOVE the sleeping with the apple thing! LOL That's adorable!

OMG. What a beautiful baby. She looks like the kind of baby you see and think, "oh I just want to take her home with me..." that's usually when they cry and I hand them right back:)

She's beautiful...you are very lucky.
